Hi everyone!
I am a long time user (2009) of sparkpeople. My first time here I lost a whopping 80 lbs. Had to put 20 back on cause the doc said it was way too low for me. (130 lbs) . The last 4 years have been hell on me. Not even going to get in to it. Nothing medical, just that my doctor said what I went through would have killed other people. And with all that drama I packed on 30 lbs I don't want. For the last year I have been outfitting my spare room with weights, tv , dvd player (for Leslie Sansone dvds), gym mats, that big balance ball thingy, resistance bands and other stuff. So now that the holidays are over its time to get my life back. Everything that had been wrong is now right again or close to it and others are better than before. It's my turn now. Hope to talk to you all at some point. Carryon!
