Thanks Karen for all of your suggestions.
My grandchildren are 2 1/2, 1 1/2 and 4 mo.
The day I have the 2 1/2 year old is ne problem. She is a firecracker!!!! We dance and march and play all day long. The other two are not quite as active. so those days I need to exercise while they nap.
I am going to work on preparing healthy lunches ahead of time. That would really help.
Breakfast is not a problem because I always have a protein shake that I make. It would be good to make enough for two days at a time so I don't skip breakfast when the little ones are coming.
Once again, Thanks.
I am also looking forward to meeting team members.

Thank you Karen for all the suggestions. My Grandchildren are 2 1/2, 11/2 and 4 mo.
I am very active when the 2 1/2 year old. is here. We dance many times during the day. Play hide and seek. March truought the house. She is a firecracker. haha. The other days are a little harder to get exercise in. I have all the fitness equipment I need. A bike, fuse ball, weights, videos.. Now I just need to do it.

I have decided this week to have something healthy made for lunch ahead of time. Breakfast is not too difficult. I have a protein shake I make with protein powder,,banana, blueberries,
and almond milk, and peanut butter.
Making dinner ahead of time will be a challenge I can work on.

Once again, thanks for all your help.

thats great you are doing well.on the days that you have your grandkids maybe you can pre cook your food so on them days you just have to reheat which doesnt take long you can either the meal you cook the day before cook double so you have enough the neyt day or like i do preprep on a quit day for the days i have little time.soup is also a good stand by i always have a soup going for on days when i am not only too tiered to cook but also to eat,lol.they are also easy and cheap to make if like me you have to watch the pennies.re missing the gym that day not to worry there are loads of thinks you can do at home or with the grandkids that count as exercise.depending on their age(how old are they?)you can take them to the park or for a walk if they are young if they are old get them to join you in playing silly,dancing around,shadow boxing etc.i dont know how physically fit you are but if up to it can do wall pushes,squats etc if up to it.i go on walks with my kids using my nordic walking sticks while they are on their bikes or scooters or rollar blades.sometimes they are ahead and double back sometimes i am ahead and have to wait for them.another thing we do together that you can do with your grandkids to get a bit of sport in that is fun is sport bingo.we have a little bag and in it instead of bingo balls are small folded pieces of paper with sport things.,some also have question marks on which you can pick your own.it is either so many reps or one minute when no reps here are some examples

run/jog/walk on spot(depending on your abilities.i am not allowed to run because of my knee protese and aneurysma)

skip(with rope or umaginary rope)

10 situps(can be modified)

10 push ups(can be wall push ups)

10 squats

3 x 10 armcurls(use doses or bottles if you have no weights)

jumping jacks

etc get the idea you can use whatever you have to hand.if you have an exercise bike a minute fast on it.they have to be short and quick to make it fun so the kids doesnt get board.you can even put over activities in it like tidy up 5 things in the bedroom..brush your teeth,tell a joke to mix it up and make it fun.we just do the sport.we have this game for rainy days and we take a paper out of the bag if they are watching tv every interval or if we are doing crafts etc every hour so they get some sport in.they have fun and love checking each thver that they are doing it properly.hope this helps.either way keep on keeping on

Hi Karen. Thanks for the encouragement.
I am I week into reaching my goals for 2016.
I am tracking food and fitness for 3 days now.
My biggest challenge is cooking and getting to the gym.
I watch three different Grandkids 3 days a week.
Cooking healthy on those days can be difficult because I am exhausted by the time they leave. This also limits the days I can go to gym.
However I was able to go 3 days this week.
Making progress for sure.
