first welcome to the gropup .sorry i took so long replying seemed to have overseen this thread.all i can suggest is maybe adding extra exercise into your normal routine if time is short.for squats while brushing your teeth..each time you go to the bathroom for whatever reason do 10 wall press ups.washing dishes or cooking do lunches or calf raises etc.whenever you have a 10 minute gap in your planns use it to do any form of exercise weather dancing running on the spot all adds up and 10 minutes is better than nothingyou will be surprised how many 10 minutes you can fit into a week or month.hope this could also plan it into your day/week on the calender like you would a class etc.when you do manage to do something post it on our give yourself a pat on the pat thread in our general discussions forum so we can all support you with a pat on the could also drop into our winter cosy corner to vent sound off etc we are here for you emoticon .and knowing how much you like quotes(got that from your spark page)here are some quotes for you

Hi everyone!

I'm not new to working out, but lately I've been lagging on my workouts. I like to sweat and work hard, but I'm finding that my motivation is slipping and I'm just not trying like I used to. I used to love doing yoga and did it almost every night, and I'm trying to get back into that routine. I'm extremely busy-I have two part jobs on top of summer class, and my full time college schedule will be starting up in August.

I really need some motivation, pep talks, advice, etc. Or just a place I can go and vent out my frustrations and interact with others and connect with them.

I'm not really sure what else to say, but if you want to know anything about me, please ask! I'm an open book. Really looking forward to meeting some new people and getting back on the fitness track!
