Hi Jennifer. Welcome to Spark People. My health coach and doctor both tell me I overeat that I don't binge eat. I consider any eating I do that is not controlled is a binge. But even after that they assigned me this book www.amazon.com/dp/B00DG1H8V4

And it is true, I am not bulimic or anorexic, but many of the strategies were very helpful to get me on track and out of some bad habits. In case the link doesn't work the title is Overcoming Binge Eating by Dr. Fairburn. It has assignments. and it starts slow. You are even encouraged to not read ahead or jump ahead. Spark People has been a blessing to me for 12 years now. I hope you find the same help. Advice: Set your timer. It can be a rabbit hole. I get on every day, and keep my reading and posting under 30 minutes. But I get on every day. I think that is key.
