Hello, My name is Paulette. I am 61 years young who needs to lose 50 pounds. I need encouragement and support so here I am.

It all starts with how old you mentally feel. Mind conquers almost every body aspect. O know a 73 year old man that runs 10 miles every day. He started running fornthe first time when he was 52!!!

Get your mind thinking you are 25 and before you know it, your body will feel it.

Welcome...glad you have already found inspiration on here...that is GREAT!!! Keep checking in with us...and it will continue to grow!!!

I am inspired by reading some of your posts! I've hit 45 and wish I felt 25. They say it can be done...I'd settle for feeling 35! Another journey begun. Looking forward to your thoughts.
