The "holiday panic" is setting in according to the tone of comments here on SP so why not a challenge to maintain current weight or lose a very small amount (1-2%) from your Thanksgiving through to the New Year. Thank heavens Thanksgiving here in Canada is celebrated in early October when we are still able to enjoy the warmer weather and the daylight still lasts into the evening.

OK - both of the people who responded want challenges, but I'm fresh out of ideas.

I don't mind setting one up to get us through the holiday season; just need some goal we can agree on.

1. What do you like best about this team?
I like that iis here and wish it were more active-in my life the philosophy of it is more ..natural I guess than the Eat to Live which is a team I lead but the regimented style of it does not work as in having a certain amounts of grains every day. I do think nutritional density works

2. What do you wish this team did better or more of? Be active- support. Motivation.Share vegan plant based news
So- a thread for checking in-chat

3. Do you want team goals?
Yes- if simple. Not games. ..maybe..lol I dunno..we all know enough to eat our greens..

4. Would you do challenges if they were here?
-probably more physical ones such as reminders or pushes to get ST or workouts in
-perhaps a weigh in

5. Anything else you want to tell me, please do.
I'm excited that whole food plant based way of living and thriving is getting out there
Hopefully in time to help with climate change...
