Just introducing myself before I start making random posts in various threads :P

I discovered recently that a big reason I'm overweight isn't necessarily because I consume too many calories, but because the calories I do consume are mostly unhealthy. This is because I'm single with a full time job, and also extremely lazy. But! I feel this makes me a perfect pairing to slow cooker meals since they're so easy and quick to prepare, and mostly easy to clean up afterwards, especially if you use crock pot liners.

I'll be fortifying my new weight loss journey with healthy meals that are actual meals (and not a sandwich or bag of Cape Cod chips lol!), supported by my previously rarely-used crock pot. Already got several promising recipes lined up, and can't wait to try them all :)
