Hello,

I follow the book and Facebook page- Delay, Don't Deny. The book is only available on Amazon. The Facebook page is private and is full of great information with 100,000 members or so.
I clean fast which means you ONLY have black coffee, black or green tea and water only while fasting. My personal eating window is 6-8 hours per day, usually 10 am - 6 pm or noon - 6 pm.
It's really easy. I eat what I want within reason while my eating window is open.
I'm a slow loser and have been losing about 2-3 pounds per month.

There are different ways to IF.

Have you had a chance to research any?

Personally, I fast 40-50 hrs at a time, twice a week. The rest of the week, I do 1 or 2 meals a day, within a small window of 1-4 hrs.

I find it relatively easy. That is, no hunger. (I am in Ketosis, from following a very low carb food plan.)

I have been an emotional eater for well over 55 years, and all of the above help me.

HI All. I've heard a lot of talk about IF, so I decided to give it a try. I've lost a great deal of weight and I seem to be stuck. The scales goes up and down in the same 5 pounds range. Also dieting for almost 2 years now, I feel myself getting tired of weighing and measuring and watching what I eat, and right now I only have about 25 pounds to lose. So I want to try the IF plan and at the same time learn to eat food again. I would appreciate any help that is given.

Tip to reduce weight: First turn your head to the right and then turn it to the left. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat.
