Hi Rach, and welcome to the team!!! Try drinking a cup of warm milk or hot herbal -caffeine free tea and taking a warm bath prior to bed time. Turn off your electronics about an hour before bedtime and wind down with a good book.

Hello! My name is Rach. I'm new to SP, and the group.

I've had insomnia on and off since I was a teenager (almost 31 now). It's off for the moment, letting me rest for the better part of the night, but a couple months ago I only got a couple hours at best, sometimes none for a day or two.

I hope to keep up with the current 5-7 hours I've been managing lately, but would love to hear any tips/tricks others have tried to have more restful sleep.
