Hi, my name is Rachelle and I am rejoining Sparkpeople after a couple of years away. I am a single mother of three beautiful girls and run a pretty busy schedule. This last year was the most difficult year of my life. I have been feeling much better since I was put on meds for anxiety/depression and started seeing a therapist weekly. I do still struggle with insomnia but it has been much better since I hit my low point in May- when I slept so little that I almost had to be hospitalized because my body went into self-preservation mode. Some days are better than others, but what is important as that we keep fighting the fight. If anyone would like a support buddy, please feel free to add me as a friend so we can support each other.Happy new year to all you all- wishing you all lots of success!
