I found a more user friendly calculator. They gave a small, moderate, and high deficit plan and I'm going with the moderate.

Calories to consume:
1705

Your fat intake should be:
120grams

Net Carbs
25 grams

All the numbers seem off to me. My breakdown for 1400 calories is 20g carb....80g protein....111g fat. The percentages are 7% carbs, 23% protein, and 70% fat.

I've been working on getting my fat percentage up more.. but after finding that I have a problem with dairy, I'm having a problem. I always work on having my carbs below 30g.. no matter what the fat and protein does.

I wish you luck... I've lost about 75 pounds so far and I'm slowly healing my thyroid and PCOs difficulties.

I am new to keto so I need help undersrtanding my macros:

RMR: 1881 Calories
TDEE: 3435 Calories
Loss macro breakdown is:
244.8g Protein 81g Fat 304g Carbs

Is this allowing me 304 g of carbs??? And why is the protein MORE than the fat? I thought Fat was to be 75% of the eating plan, 15-20% protein and 5% carbs... emoticon
