Firstly a very warm welcome to our friendly team. In Holistic Healthy Lifestyle team it's not about being on a diet but a team where we aim to support and encourage you on your way to living and leading a Healthy, Happy, Debt Free Lifestyle.

We welcome you to introduce yourself and chat anytime with us daily in the WEIGH-IN / CHAT / SHARE SUCCESSES OR FAILURES thread. I think you'll find we are a friendly and helpful bunch!

OUR TEAM GOALS ARE:

1. To support and give positive encouragement to our fellow team members.

2. To share any new tips, articles, websites, links that you think interesting or helpful for fellow team members.

3. To share your inputs and views on the discussions and topics posted in our team.

4. Drink 6 - 8 glasses of water each day.

5. To try to get 7-8 hours sleep per day.

6. Organize or Clean 15 minutes daily 7 times per week

7. No snacking after dinner if you can.

8. To maintain your budget once every pay cycle and to spend less than you earn.

9. To set up and do some daily routines.

10. To set up and organise your home and life environment to make this Holistic Healthy lifestyle journey simple, easy and more effective for the long haul.

11. Have a vision board with all your goals weight loss and others somewhere you will see it all the time.

12. To tell someone else about your weight loss and other goals and gain support and encouragement from those around you.

13. Post a blog now and again about your progress and to comment positively on fellow team members blogs.

14. Any thoughts you have that could make our team better or things you would like to see please feel free to share or ask and we'll try our best to accommodate them.

15. Join in on our weekly team weigh in. Whether you lose or gain weight in a particular week, please weigh in we are all here to support you.

16. Participate in our team challenges and our team goals.

17. Share any helpful tips, information or websites that your fellow team members may find useful and helpful in reaching their goals weight loss and others.

18. To eat the majority of your foods that are natural, healthy and from nature. Trying to avoid where possible all the processed and junk foods.

All the best with achieving your all your goals weight loss and others. With a "Positive Can Do" attitude you can and will do it!
