I am a sparkler and have even since 2008 or so.

My spark goal is to get healthy, lose weight, and to have fun doing it.

I have not heard of this team before and saw it on a team mates page. I have been following Cassie for a while and use her videos as a part of my strength routine! She is fun, easy to follow, and motivating!

By joining this team I would like to force myself to do more of her videos to challenge myself and gain strength and flexibility.

What is your biggest Spark goal ~ I am 32lbs from my ultimate goal, so to reach that by New Year's.

What do you expect to gain by being on SP and on this team ~ I am on SparkPeople for the accountability and motivation. I just discovered blogilates so I am hoping it can help me tone up some more, and that the team will provide friendly motivation.

Hi! My name is Renate, but here aka Prairieoma, because I am in Kansas, like the open prairie and have two wonderful granddaughters. They call me Oma, which means grandma in german.
My DH and I are empty nesters but enjoy fishing together. First year for a camper. I like gardening walking bicycling swimming.
I recently broke my wrist and want to work on a stronger and healthier inside of me!
