Okay, I should have waited to watch the whole video before I responded, because I totally love the planner, I wanted the big pack with everything, but it is sold out! Now to see if we have the money for it too, because we are trying to save to go to Grandma's this year, she's not doing well health-wise, she's in a wheel chair and not happy about it as well. Maybe I can buy just the fitness planner, because doing that would really help, like she said, making an appointment with yourself. But I do love my Living Well Planner as well.... so many choices!!!

I've never gotten a planner that I've stuck with till this year. I started out the year with the Cultivate What Matters Goal Planner, because I needed better ways to do goal and follow through with them! But, it would either get things piled on top of it or I'd forget to do my daily checking off of my daily goal habits... made me feel guilting for even buying it!

Then I discovered Ruth Soukup's latest book, Do It Scared, from one of the Mommy blogs I keep up with. I loved it, it helped me more than that goal planner did on figuring out what my goals are! And a dear SP friend emoticon sent me an extra planner she had bought (it has monthly stickers, so you can start any month you want!) And it has goal focus sheets at the beginning and pages at the back of every month.

I prefer a paper but, for DH I have to keep our calendars synced, so Important appointments I put on both. Plus, life is ever changing, so I only go out about a month on my planner, unless it's one of those appointments I can't change because I've been waiting 6 months for it, on paper, but I put everything on the electronic, because deleting it is easy vs making a pen mess on my planner.

Love the advice she gives too, it makes total sense!!

Does her planner work for you? What do you like most about it?

New Question: Have you seen the 2020 planner that just came out?

It looks amazing but without employment there is no way I can afford that one! I was so thrilled she did a video to let us look in side and get a peak. Many of the things she recommends are things I regularly do here on Sparks. Hurray!

Which do you prefer a non-electronic planner or an online one? Or don't you bother at all? What works best for you?

Love her advice on how to turn workout into a craving rather than a dread. youtu.be/pK4dKNH99VI

yes! so know what you mean. wish they came in larger sizes. i thought just today about asking her to do that. i am so tall i'm "large" even at my skinniest weight I could ever be at and her workout clothing, though amazingly beautiful, wouldn't work for my height & proportions.

I don't really... I like to stay up to date on her blog. And I love looking at the new workout clothes and such that she has. I've promised myself some once I lose more weight. I am wearing cheaper stuff for now, because I don't want to spent money on clothes I'm going to shrink out of (more positive thinking!!). I adore her line of workout clothes!!!

Do you have any blogilates quirks? You know--things you do which perhaps others don't?

I sure do! Every time I subscribe to a newly found fabulous YouTube channel, it pushes the blogilates subscribe clickable link further down my subscriber feed on YouTube. Cannot have that as often as I visit the Blogilates YouTube channel! LOL! So I "unsubscribe" and then re "subscribe" EVERY TIME I do so with another channel--so that the Blogilates subscription is always at the very TOP. I don't know how much YouTubers live by their stats but it is kind of funny if people are reading stats trying to figure that one out! LOL. Why is this nuts-o gal subscribing and unsubscribing all of the time?!

@EO4WELLNESS I'm taking it turtle style, LOL. I know if I try to push too hard I'll end up injuring something and that will set me back and not help at all! I discovered the hard way last year that if I get too hot and try doing cardio, I will get the worst migraine of my life!!! That is not a lesson I care to repeat! I'm starting out with beginner everything, and doing the... what is the word? Easier version? If I am unable to do the full version. Two years ago I did the 22 push up challenge. I did 22 push ups a day for the 22 veterans that take their lives every day. It was wall pushups and I slowly progressed to countertops then sofa, then modified (that's the word!) on the floor, but then I started having seizures last year and wasn't able to work out for so long that I lost the strength I had gained. I found a beginner stretching routine that I'm going to start after every workout (thanks to Spark Coach) and a hip opening yoga flow that I'm going to start one or two a day and slowly work my way up to the whole routine, my hips are super tight and need more flexibility. And I'm trying to find a before bed, easy yoga routine to do to help me sleep. My insomnia is bad right now, and I've heard the stretching and breathing can really help. Hopefully something I can put on my phone that will work me through it while I'm relaxing in the bedroom before going to bed, after the kids go to bed!!

I'm working on regaining my flexibility too. My current effort is to be able to do a backbend again. So far I've achieve BOW position. When Cassey did that flexibility challenge a while back, I couldn't even reach one of my feet/ankle/or even the calf on either side--now I can reach both and grab both by the toes. Hopefully over time I'll regain the strength to do it. Takes time though. It is not a QUICK fix to gain anything worth having long term. Best wishes to you @CROUCHINGFLEA

I've got quite a few fitness goals, my main one to lose the extra weight and get down to 130 or 120, whichever is achievable and comfortable for my body. At the moment my most immediate goal is to get in the best shape possible by my 40th birthday in April!! I need/want to strengthen my core, stamina, and flexibility. I used to be super flexible, and I really miss it!!

It is so fun hearing from all of you!

In today's #100GluteChallenge video, Cassey said her life goal is to be able to point her feet like her dancer friend, Kylie Shea. How about you? Do you have a fitness goal you are working on being able to do? Can you point your toes like Kylie or are you more like Cassey?

Link to video: youtu.be/7cqYYmwM_Tg The discussion happens as Cassey is showing the move and explaining it.

For me, I loved Kylie's answer she has been dancing from the womb! I so get that--only no one is going to pay to see me dance! LOL! I'm so okay with that too. It is something I do for me. I'm currently working on making my back more flexible again wanting to do a full backbend (also called full bridge or wheel) from standing again. I used to be able to do them and somewhere along the course of life, I lost that ability.

I started following Cassie's YouTube videos and subscribed to her emails and workout calendars a couple of years ago but off and on. I am doing the 100 abs challenge as ll as the glute challenge, some I can do and some I have to break into sets.i definitely need to add strength to my cardio infused workouts and she really raises the bar!

Not sure when I joined this team, but I Love it. There are somethings I can't do for as long as she does but I try everything, and replace the one I can't do with something I can do.

I may do one or do Pilates moves, most are beyond my capabilities or what my body will allow me to do. But I do various other senior exercise videos and exercises.

I became aware of Joseph Pilates in physical education class in school, many years ago. Then I was gifted with a pilates reformer, which ADORED! but I subsequently lost in a wildfire which claimed everything I owned (thankfully, EXCEPT my life!) I've been doing blogilates ever since.

Love the results!
