Woo Hoo FitAndFaithful! I know what you mean! It's really tough to get to that 200 or less point! I have let myself go over the years myself. Had too easy a life with hubby taking care of me and I got lazy and irresponsible for my body and what I needed to do to keep it in tip top shape. Of course, stress really helped with added weight I put on. But, coming to SP in March, using that first month, for the most part, to become familiar with the way things run here, I am happy to say that I am finally teetering at breaking that 200# point. I just weighed myself today and am happy to report that I lost another pound. I'm tickled pink about it. You will be too when you do it and I'll be here to root and cheer you on.

Keep on keeping on and be consistent. Persist and don't let anything weigh you down (pun on words).

I'm watching you. I've got my eyes on you and I'm anxious to see your results and successes here!

Hello to the team! I am so thrilled to be in a group of determined adults who are headed for "Onederland"! Yes. It has probably been 20 years since I was under 200 pounds. And it's tough to even discuss this with people who will always be in their 100's. They are shocked to think of being 200+. The thing is, my final ultimate goal weight is 188 pounds. So I have a long road to travel being 40 pounds above the 200 mark, but I know that there is great power in numbers. So, I will take it one meal, one day, one exercise at a time, until all my actions eventually bring me to the amazing result of 199 and less! You all will hear me hooting and hollering from Delaware when that day comes. Meanwhile, I just want to see the scale number go down and stay down. emoticon
