work on my mindless snacking, i am better at eating more protein and healthy fats but my snacks are not as healthy or controlled as would like.i dont like banning things but a week ago i told myself no more chocolate or candy before lunch. i had success for the week. so i want to keep doing it to see if it prevents my oversnacking and cravings

My goal is to go back to using my scale to measure my food so I can stay in my caloric range better. Also going to go back to planning my meals for a week in advance.
