My friend sent me link to spark people.com which I had in my emails for 5 years. Then, I looked at the site and read a blog + little by little...

So, now besides, the gym, & healthy nutrition, I want to meal plan.
From you, I already got a great tip -- plan 7 days - Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. I don't know how to make it any simpler. I pretty much know Breakfast choices - so it is just a variable for Lunch & Dinner.

I ordered some cookbooks. Maybe, as I learn to cook better. I will have more of a variety of foods.

I cooked okra for the first time last month. I want to get out of the rut of eating the same stuff over and over. Meal plan seems to be a solution. Thx
