Hi all~

In a nutshell, I've lost about 112 pounds since last March and am currently stalled out and okay with it for the time being! I worked my butt off for most of last year (including quitting smoking) and then gradually became a vegetarian as I lost my taste for meat. Around November I became vegan and in January turned to whole food plant based with minimal to no oils. Funny thing, I'm starting to gain (very slowly) and am going to stay on my whole food plant based but start instilling some calorie restriction to it as I've been just doing it with no restriction on calories to see what would happen. It's winter and I naturally slow down & go into hibernation mode anyway in winter. Exercise goes down, food goes up (but at least it's good & healthy food!!). New month and I'm ready to experiment with calories on the WFPB approach. Will focus on cutting down on avocado, nuts & portions and see how it goes! Ready to at least get back to losing a pound a week! Just wanted to drop in & say hi & introduce myself. Look forward to losing with you all!
