Doing things like this is how you stop being one of the big girls and become one of the shrinking girls. Eventually none of it will even be an issue. I consider myself in the middle, although my BMI still tells me that I am obese. I started out at 237 and am down to 204, but can tell a huge difference from March 1st when I joined SP.

You can do anything you set out to do, you just have to do it at your own pace. If the C25K training takes you 18 weeks instead of 9, so what? Do what you can and listen to your body. The rest will take care of itself.

Good luck!!

Hello! I am new to this and definitely one of the big girls. I am trying this for the first time. I hope one day I can do a whole marathon. It will take some time but I am going to do that 26.2. (prolly take me a long time but I'm stubborn!)
