Welcome to the team!! Glad you've joined us. You can do this. I'm 55, never been a runner before, and still have about 30 lbs or so to loose. I'm on week 9. You can do this!

I'm Krista emoticon and I'm a wannabe runner. emoticon

I currently jog (I can't call it running) about a 15 minute mile and do no more than a 3K at a time. I downloaded the C25K app onto my iPhone today and am stoked to start training.

Anyway, a bit about me. I'm 31, been on SP about 6 months, but been off program the last 3. Have maintained about a 15 lb loss. Have about 20-30 more to go!

I'm happily married and live in the wine country north of San Francisco.

Looking forward to being a part of this team!
