Sabrina,

Thanks for the encouragement. My biggest problem is sticking with it. There always seems to be something sidetracking me, mostly work. I know it's only an excuse but it seems to happen all of the time.

Not sure what kind of help you are looking for, but as for advice all I can say is use all the tools provided to you on this site. Take a few days and explore everything, learn how to use each page, and interact with fellow sparkers! This is important because going into something this dedicated, it is important to feel like you understand what you are doing and where everything is. I have dieted more than 12 times and this time I actually found my way!!! This is all thanks to these wonderful people on Spark!! Good luck to you!!!

Welcome to the group and to SP. There are so many resources here to use. I especially like the food and fitness trackers and log my info daily. Take advantage of teams, message boards, the tons of helpful articles, and most of all the support. You'll do great!
