Hi and welcome. I am new to the team as well. I'm scheduled to run my first 5K in less than 2 weeks. I'm on week 7 of the training but still find it hard to jog the entire time frames. It will be great to share info with someone who has a few 5K's under their belt. I need lots of improvement on time. emoticon

Hello emoticon to the team. You can go to coolrunning.com and get the program or if you have an ipod you can download it as an app. I believe you can download it to the blackberry also. Not sure about other phones.

My name is Drea and I joined SP back in March but didn't actually start until May, I have been successful in losing almost 13 lbs so far! I am not new to 5K's, I do them 2-3 times a year. However, I would love to improve my time, and be able to jog the whole way. I am hoping that this team will help me in achieving my goals.
