Way to go!!!! I was so surprised to at each week I finished! I was up to running 30 minutes straight but am having a little harder time since weather turned hot but am doing some walk/run intervals for longer distances (4 miles usually) and love it. Be patient with yourself when you do run into times that are harder and go as slow as you need to. Some of us found as we got a little further along we had to slow our pace or repeat days or weeks and that's okay to if you find you need it later. If not, well that's great too! But now you've got the first week under your belt!!! WooHoo!!!!

I have just finished my first week of Couch to 5K training and I am so amazed and proud of myself that I could just burst.
To be honest, I was very surprised that I was able to complete day 1. But I did, and was I ever proud of myself!
