Hi--I'm Tiffany. This is my first attempt at the couch to 5K program. I've been on sparkpeople since January, got sick and lapsed in March, and am now back on the program. I really wanted to start running again (I love to run but have always been too chunky to really have any endurance)so I decided couch to 5k was perfect for me. Ok, decided it like months ago, and am now following through. Today is actually my first running day and I'm super stoked. Got an interval playlist going and everything. Anyway, I'm glad to be apart of the group and hope to learn a lot from you all :)
