Hi, my name is Crystal. I am a police dispatcher for San Diego Police Department. I really do want to get on this page every day and use all the resources available to me. However, as you know, shift work is a pain. I am on nights right now, and I don't even get on my computer except on my days off because I am busy trying to get everything else done that needs done that day.

My goal is to become more healthy, and lose weight and inches. I have a gym membership but have not gone at all this shift. I would love to be going to the gym more, and eating healthier.

Anyone with any advice on how to get (and more importantly) stay motivated, is greatly appreciated! Thanks for having this group!!!! emoticon
