16:8 works great! I even have a blood sugar benefit if I fast 14 or 15 hours daily.

Hi JC!! Good luck - you can do it! I've been doing 16/8 or 18/6 since January - with a few days of B/L/D thrown in there on weekends. It's a really comfortable way to eat. And gives you more time in the morning for something else!
