I agree about NO fruits. I don't eat any fruit - too much sugar.
Also I have found eating salty foods causes water retention. So ease up a little on the salty foods too.

Although exercise is good for one it won't help you lose weight. Fruit has carbs. How much fruit are you eating? I find that fruit increases cravings for me and I end up eating more than I need -- I don't even eat berries anymore.

Are you doing IF too? Maybe change something up. Go longer before eating each day, compress your total eating window, try ADF... there are a lot of things to try. It sounds like your exercise is on point!! Good job.

I've hit my first big plateau.

I'm stuck between 228 and 230. Grr.

I just added weight training into my routine and I've lost some ground on cardio because I can't get to the gym.... I'm trying.to.find ways to get my HR up... it's been to crappy out to walk. Any ideas? I'm keeping up with my carbs although i have been eating more fruit because of the situation. I know this is normal but I need to bust through this stall out....
