Kansas City Workout Buddy?

I live in Lenexa and go to 24 Hour Fitness on Shawnee Mission Parkway and I'd love to have a workout buddy. I work during the day so I typically go in the evenings. Other than that, my time is flexible. C'mon....let's do this!

Southern Johnson County or Northern Miami ... love to walk, hoping for a "Spark-Friend" work-out Buddy (Gender Not Important)

I know I will do better id I have someone to hold me accountable and give me another reason to get off the couch and out the door.

Let me know if your interested, I live in Paola but I can travel a short distance to find a Friend to work-out with.

I'm no where near you, but proud of you for posting to ask for a Spark buddy!

I live in my RV and we travel quite a bit. So many, many times I am in strange towns and know no one. So... I have to try to find other ways to be motivated.

Sometimes I find motivation online from being on a team and being active on it. Also, I have been able to find motivation in joining a challenge. Spark has a number of challenges.

Right now I'm doing a 30-Day Plank Challenge where I printed off the 30-Day Calendar and check off the days that I do it. (I use glitter stars to show that I did that day! It makes me feel happy to see so many stars on my sheet! LOL)

Of course, I agree 100% that's it's more fun to have a nearby buddy that you can actually meet up with!

Best of luck! Did you find some motivation! I think 50% of ones workout is getting to the gym or getting to the workout! The Other 50% is the workout!

Hi! I am 23 and looking for a workout buddy to motivate me a little. I am so much more likely to go workout if anyone else is with me. I live right on State Line, so I typically visit that 24 hour fitness center, but I also work out near the Legends, so I'm willing to meet up anyplace between my place and work as well!
