My proud moment is that I quit procrastinating and did the basic research so we can buy a new refrigerator this weekend. ( I have put it off for more than a week. emoticon )

Monday - I did an upper body strength video and then 10 minutes cardio.

My arms feel like gummy worms but I feel FANTASTIC!

No DIET for me - I'm trying LIFE this time.

I wanted so bad to sleep in a bit this morning, but I knew if I did, I wouldn't pack my salad for lunch and I'd wind up going out and getting something a TON worse. So, I put my big girl panties on and got up out of bed and got that salad together, and boy am I glad. I haven't been hungry since I ate lunch @ noon today!

I didn't give in to the late-night munchies. I did eat a little... (a sandwich) but applied it to today's calories. Wanted to eat more, but didn't do it.

You gotta understand... I take meds that cause me to crave carbs... usually I binge!

Today I went out to lunch with a friend. Even though I wanted to get a cheeseburger, I ordered the ono sammie (fish sandwich) grilled not fried and it came in a huge portion. Packaged up half the fillet to go and did not eat the bun. YaY!

Awesome job on hitting 350 miles!
