I always track my food no matter what. It keeps me aware of what I'm doing right or wrong! I only weigh on Friday.

For weekends, I have always (up until this past week, which frankly sucked) had a rule that I track every bite no matter what, and up until this week, that's worked to keep me on track. I also belong to several groups with different weigh-ins, so since I have a weigh-in every day Friday through Monday, that keeps me aware of not wanting to go off track on the weekend. Now, Monday night's a different story. emoticon

It's not so much what I am eating it's that I am snacking all day instead of eating normal. If that makes any since. There is no set time to do anything on the weekends they are lazy days to do whatever whenever. I need structure. LOL i Need to work on this.,

I guess the question would be "what do you cut loose with?" In one of your "saner" moments emoticon try analyzing what you eat and see if you can figure out why. Then try substituting other, healthier things and see if it helps. I know it sounds hard, but -

- being overweight and unhealthy is hard.
- losing weight is hard

- choose your hard!

I do the same thing Kim. I think we cut loose after being "good" all week. I need to work on this mindset as well. Every day should be the same!
