I was in 140's just got on scale and am up -with water weight.
I am going to do this whole year in a nutritarian lifestyle- even holidays of 2019 to see how things go.

210.2 ish I have incorporated Furhman's ideas but have not become obsessed with meal prep and tracking food. I am more interested in general fitness. Would like to get weight set at a lower number and attack visceral fat built up over the decades, but could only sustain that with obsessive like devotion on nutrition. Not a devotee!

Get good at lifelong learning.

Fay- I know! aaargh..I hope I don't lose more- I am wondering if yoga would help...or possibly a chiro- I have a good one but have not gone in years!! Too expensive and most time not covered by insurance

Half inch, Zip??? How I wish as I am shrinking fast. Last time nurse said I had lost (I think it was) 5 inches of height in recent years! I do know that it is getting quite difficult to work at my kitchen counters!!!
