Most of us are doing it without thinking about it- no snacks and 2-3 meals a day..and since for most of us that means something like somewhere between 6-10 a.m for breakfast and then a mid meal in there and then supper from 5 p.m -/6/7/8- it would mean we are.

As White-Green said Dr. F. talks about being hungry for meals and allowing time for digesting.

Interesting question. I have no experience with intermittent fasting.

Dr. Fuhrman does write about how limiting calories and not 'running the machine' of digestion all the time has health benifits, so I figure it would be a good match.

I知 pretty solidly nutritarian, some cheats so far as oil goes.
I知 interested in the insulin benefits of IF.
