Today is sixth day in a row of getting out early, before the hot part of the day, for incrementally longer Kangoo Jump walks. I think 15 more stars would be fair.

I went for a walk with my sister and nephew, and also did some errands on foot - about 1 hour.

No matter how slow you go, you are STILL lapping everybody on the couch.

I was thinking of lots of great excuses to break my resolve and skip exercise today ...
and then this thread tipped the scales and off I went on sky viewing, flower gazing and special short chat walk in my fun Kangoo Jumps. Fun way to start my day!

Great to see you post, ladies!

REJ, so many people would be sooo much better off if they took a 20 minutes walk 3x per week! So I think you may feel good about your efforts!

It took a little time to come back from a depleted place but felt so back to my normal robust good health this morning that I dusted off my Kangoo Jumps and went for a brisk paced tour. I found the time I "took off" from my usual several times a week KJ walks was evident.
I vowed this morning to take charge of returning my stamina to it's awesome state.
This challenge is a PeRfEcT opportunity to affirm my resolution.

I haven't been going for my morning walks for the last couple of days. I miss them. I need to put them back on my priority list. I did go for a short walk with my sister, about 20 minutes.

Post here how much exercise you got!
If you like you can give yourself 'points': 1 point for every 10 minutes of exercise you did.

All types of 'moving your body' count, so it could be walking or fitness or cleaning or any other activity that burns calories and improves your wellbeing (unless you want to only count certain activities: feel free to do this challenge in the way that suits you best).
