Had a salad on Friday too, yesterday didn't have one. Intend to make a salad tonight for our evening meal.

I will challenge myself to have at least one salad per day.
I made a big salad today with red cabbage and lettuce and tahin and onion (and other stuff) and it tasted so good I ate the whole bowl! So, I just made a second one for my husband to eat when he comes home! emoticon

I'm doing the potato reset because- ok not using salt shaker but adding tons of coleman mustard!! to everything. Like food is just an way to eat mustard.

I'm doing fairly well with my consistency. So far this month, all the dots on my calendar are green except for two red ones. That means that all my meals have been nutritarian except two. I'd like ALL my meals to be nutritarian, but I'm not convinced I'll ever get there. My first two meals of the day are pretty much the same: a savoury oatmeal for breakfast and a huge salad for lunch. Sometimes I'll have chili or something similar for dinner.

No matter how slow you go, you are STILL lapping everybody on the couch.

What I'm doing this month is putting colored dots on my calendar in order to monitor my compliance. I'm not sure it's the hardest thing, but compliance is always a challenge... one meal at a time. I've been re-reading some of hellonutritarian's articles as a refresher.

I'm not sure I'll partake in this challenge because I often can't find the time to post on SP. Plus, I could not pick one thing to work on because there are many things about ETL that I find hard! (grin).

Mine is salt. I will allow- miso in some recipes. A bit of mustard + perhaps if it is in some condiments BUT only limited amounts.. for ex. low sodium tamari
What I am going to do for the month of November for each day is not add salt- even the herbamere- which could be considered a condiment.. but it does have salt in it

I will start my day 1 today on 11/3 as in the past 2 days I did do a bit of a shake!

11/3- No NaCl
