Breakfast was the usual oats and nuts and fruit with soy milk and flaxseeds.

Lunch so far was 2 slices glutenfree bread with sunflowerseed butter, a bell pepper and a bowl of white beans in tomato sauce. I haven't had the time yet to make a salad or soup.

Yesterday dinner was pumpkini soup with vegetables and tofu with parsnip 'puree' (plus coconut).

Snack was blueberries and chickory coffee with almond milk.

Breakfast was a polenta whole grain cereal blend I make with almond milk and strawberries

Lunch was at a Greek restaurant. Eggplant sandwich in pita with salad, a little rice

Dinner was grilled daiya cheese substitute on sprouted whole grain bread and tomato red pepper soup

breakfast- teff 1/2 cup and blueberries + sunflower seed milk+ flaxseed

Lunch - tomato soup form Fatfreevegan site and salad + hummus and veggies/crudites)

Supper-1/2 cup polenta and puerano beans made into a kind of casoulet- portabello mushrooms +) Parsley on top

Breakfast as usual (oats, nuts, fruit, flaxseed, soy milk).
Lunch was 2 gluten free slices bread with avocado and touch of mayo, 1.5 bowl of pumpkin soup with lentils and a small bowl of frozen raspberries.

Dinner will be a big salad I think, with whatever raw vegetables and maybe cooked string beans. I'll have some fruit and soy yoghurt for a snack at some point, I think.

I'm going to an Indian restaurant for a vegan brunch with my GF- will make best choices. So onl having a banana before.

Supper- The BIG salad!- Beans etc..

Breakfast: oats and soy milk with nuts and fruit and flaxseed

Lunch: huge salad with lettuce, red cabbage, onion, tahin, (non-ETL dressing: mustard, lemon juice, mayonaise), Chinese cabbage, grapes, 1 gluten free bread 'roll' with spread, half a banana.

Snacks: pecan nuts, half banana, apple, soy yoghurt, blueberries,

Dinner: tomato soup and leftover salad with beans
