Have you tried roasting them? I've discovered that I can (almost) like Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts if I roast them. As long as I don't overcook them, they're tolerable!

I also am not a huge veggie fan, but as an animal lover, I've always wanted to become a vegetarian. I finally decided to go for it and am doing my best. I've begun to include a lot of meat "substitutes" in my diet. Morningstar Farms has a whole range of meatless-meat foods. I particularly love their corn dogs and their sausage. I also use the veggie crumbles (meatless version of hamburger meat) to make spaghetti and tacos. I also add tomatoes and leafy lettuce to the tacos.

It's the taste and texture, depending on the vegtable

Hmm, what about green veggies don't you like? Taste? Smell? Texture?

If texture's the issue, many people find that throwing things into smoothies makes them much easier to tolerate, and with strong enough flavors from things you like, you might not even taste them.

I hate all veggies except the high carb ones like corn & carrots. I hate green veggies! What can I do?
