I started a Couch to 5K program! I have been wanting to do this since I started but had lots of rib pain. I still do but now that I've lost a lot of weight, it's not as bad. However, I'm sure I will be feeling the workout in my joints and ribs tomorrow. I'm just too proud of myself for starting it though. It was invigorating and makes me feel I can do anything! lol

I started the Walkabout Challenge today. Good thing I don't have to go to work, its almost 1130. It was also an interesting experience to try to do the floor exercises with my dog licking my face.

This was actually a few days ago. For Easter I brought smoked turkey over my DD to eat because none of their food was diet friendly. I did indulge in a piece of apple dump cake! emoticon

Instead of eating pretzels, while thanksgiving dinner was cooking I ate some baby carrots .that was a first for me, because my grand-daughter and daughter was snacking on everything in front of me, but I decided I really wanted my dinner more.
