For this week, my goal is to get back on track. As of late, I have made no effort in living a healthy lifestyle. Time to change that.

I will start simple by tracking my food, all of it. Which reminds me, I just ate a handful of tortilla chips that I need to log.

Easing back into the walking regime.
Walking has been going great.
However, my food choices could be better - more fruits and veggies, less sweets and fatty stuff..
Still have to work on that one..

This week I focused on getting back on track - small steps like doing squats, leg lifts, going for a walk, spending more time outside with my daughter, eating last meal before 8 pm..All the things that came easily over the summer but somehow were lost in my routine.
