well did good again stayed in calorie range drank my water, and exercises 10 min ,lol today walked for most of the day to fit in as exercises so would get tio rest up for mon, tues.
got some flowers planted and started to pull weed out of beds but gave up[ after 5 min or was that one weed,? emoticon

no i don"t abuse my girls,lol or should i say the doc has never ordered one sense i tuned 30 was last time.
today i am up and at it again , not the abusing part,lol walking and exercises .
still have a little bit to do then i will cal it a day, if i can that is a womens day is never done , but themen seem to me can find time to set or sleep all day.

now today i took it easy did get in most of my exercises just did not make the 10,000 steps today but every thing else done.
also i added up to see what i did on totals for last month can"t believe the numbers but i got them on paper here in black and lead, lol

but they keep telling me i might have gone as far as i can (healed)

Thanks, Night! Man, you sure know how to rack up those fitness minutes!

Yeah, I'm looking forward to the class. I used to work out with weights religiously, so it will be fun to work muscles in a different way.

The 10-week class is only $100. Around here, that is a steal. It's usually $10-12 per class!

sorry LYNN but i think you will need to speed up a little lol emoticon .
great idea about joining a band resistance class , thats what the hospital showed us to do when i first started l.e.a.r.n. program to eat healthy and exercises . i had to pay $ 85 at time now its $ 95 thats 12 weeks.
ok i had a great day even if it did rain here used old dreaded treadmill got in 395 min in and thats with 20 minutes strength training
food wise gee i ate 1,345 calories and worked off- 1,285.1 of those

well i am glad i dont have to go to a board meeting lol .

75 minutes of walking, and said 'no' to the candy I wanted to buy.

I am also checking out a band resistance class tomorrow night. I don't normally do 'exercise' classes, but until I have regular activities that engage my upper body, I must. And I will be with a friend and a small group of ladies for the 10 week class, if I decide to join the next session.

I should be at my board meeting, but since the others often cancel on a whim, I can show up late (and sweaty).

today i did neighbors yard, and pulled her weeds from her flower beds or was that her flowers and left the weeds ? not sure which was flowers there and which was weeds,lol
then started over here got part mowed but did all the east side of house all 5 flower beds between my land and hers also did start tonight one on west side of house now need to get to the biggest one which will take two days to do my flower bed on the slope, so hope it dont rain because thats the worse one all kinds of stuff need to be pulled.
food wise- great , water drinking it yet, exercises done and good.

I was under my calorie range after all to day , even with all that good food there.
boy there was alot of fried chicken , sloppy joes,chips, dip and different salads, and 4- 5 different cakes but i managed to walk by most of it
took my own fruit salad just in case, but they said there was fresh strawberries , and watermelon
so had that with slice of angle food cake, jello ,and a sloppy joe sandwich
then for my supper here at home i had my fruit salad that i took and veggies

it"s to hot out there even to look at the flowers, i am waiting until later tonight but will also have to baby sit. youngest sons two little guys, these we dont see as often. lol we make them take them with them most of time, ,thata what hubby should make daughter do
instead of letting her get away with murder.lol
well what have i got done so far today-
lets see water garden and hoed out weeds this morning after exercise and then walked around yard 1/2 hour to get in 30 minutes of leslie sansone challenge , now still have my own minute goal pledge to do .
and fix supper, oh also we need to go start later when cools down mowing neighbors yard, then sunday ours.

Got my bike out - couldn't use it last spring/summer because of health issues. Walked it to the gas station a mile away to air up the tires. No problem walking it...but... riding it back. rubber legs before I was half way back. It's gonna take some time to get back into riding shape. But it feels good to be back on the bike again.
