Sorry I have been out of touch for a while. Things have been so crazy here at home this year. On January 1 my best friend had her baby 7 weeks early so I spent most of Jan and Feb talking to her and trying to support them. Thankfully the baby is ok and she is growing and on track with everything. In March my sister had a baby and when he was 2 weeks old he got hospitalized for RSV. He is doing much better now and getting so big! In April I went to the doctor and had blood work and testing done. Good news is I don't have diabetes! Bad news is the doctor can not see any reason why my weight loss efforts are not working. I have been put on anti-depressants 2 weeks out of the month for severe PMS and that seems to help. I'm back here trying to get in the swing of things again. I hope all of you are doing well and staying on track with your weight loss/health goals!

1st Goal: lose 10% be at 237.4
2nd Goal: lose 10% be at 213.6
3rd Goal: Lose 10% be at 192.2
4th Goal: Lose 10% be at 173
5th Goal: Lose 10% be at 155.7
6th Goal: Lose 10% be at 140
7th Goal: Lose 7% be at 130
8th Goal: MAINTAIN HEALTHY WEIGHT!!! :)
