I can't believe it's been15 years! emoticon

I woke up feeling a bit spun out, but definitely not a headache. Finishing up the usually done on Saturday errands while watching the football games on the go! I remember if you weren't near a TV you simply missed the games!

Back to 5 day work weeks for a while...

Just back from the gym and had an awesome workout. Probably not enough for a few of you but felt wonderful to stretch this bod!!!! It is a ball class with lots of planks and core work. Just what I need!
The weather is wonderful so really need to get out there some more today!

Today was a no walk sleeping day. We up by 7am otherwise the day seems over too soon. But today we are reading the Sunday paper and drinking expresso. I will get in some exercise later but it will be a quiet day

The scale is moving slowly down and I am tracking food yet again

The appraiser is scheduled for Monday. That is the last hurdle on the sale of our home. emoticon We should know absolutely for sure by the end of this week or early next that we are moving. I know the buyer can still back out, but at least after the appraisal we would have his deposit to help defer the costs we are incurring.

Today is definitely the paperwork day. Packed several boxes yesterday and helped hubby with a few things left on the repair list. The container will be delivered on Saturday and I want to be ready to load it. emoticon

Definitely need a gym visit today. I think I can talk hubby into it. If not, I will go by myself. emoticon

2nd post for me today. I just read the rest of yesterday's husband discussion, and it made me very grateful for mine. He fears ending up like his Dad, and I told him that I don't see that happening from his behavior so far. He gets his checkups, and even follows doctors' instructions. I give him a poke now and then, but he doesn't need much prodding.

We've talked about what to do if either of us ever gets to the point where we're unwilling/unable to take care of ourselves; we've given each other permission to get the other to the doctor by any means necessary if it should come to that. Hopefully it won't become necessary, but at least we're talking about it.

Yes. It will always be a sobering date. May peace be with you.

Ouch, Maree. I'm sorry about those bee stings.

The computer went on the fritz Friday night so Himself took it in to the shop yesterday while I gave the downstairs a deep clean. It took hours and I forgot to drink water all day so by nighttime every joint in my body ached. I re-hydrated before I went to bed and had amazing dreams all night and am up and ready for the day. I really ought to be hosting a party just to show off this sparkling clean house.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday and a smooth week.

Good morning everyone.

I too feel sobered by the 15th anniversary.

Yesterday I bought a cane; walking with it is MUCH different than with even one crutch. I could tell that I was putting a lot more weight on my right side. By the time I want to bed, my hip was pretty tired. So, I may alternate crutch and cane days for a while until I build up the strength. Now it makes more sense why my doc doesn't want me to start PT yet; just walking with a cane is workout enough for now!

Yesterday we tested one more car model (2013 Rav4), and today we'll do our Costco run. Maybe we'll try some more cars too.

Good morning !

My goodness I slept late. The transient boaters on the dock hired entertainment last night. It was supposed to start at 6 p.m. but he was late, arriving at 8 p.m. and taking an hour to get set up. He was an Elvis impersonator. We stayed up to watch him. It was kind of pathetic.

I fear that my staycation has turned me into a late riser and heavy sleeper. I'm wondering how I will get back in the groove of work.

Yesterday at The Sandbar I got stung by a bee on my leg and then I stepped on one so I have two boo boos emoticon . I'm not sure I'm going to be able to wear high heels next week!

It's good to read everybody's posts from yesterday but I better get this posted now withouy separate comment. It's still daunting to type that date.

Hope all have a great day!
