Yesterday I did 30 min on the bike and 5 miles on the elliptical.
Today I did 30 min on the bike, 20 min weights, 15 min sprint workout and 45 min run/walk on the treadmill.

25 tricep reps, brisk 1 mile walk, 10 minutes on the elliptical, full abs and sides and a 3 hour dance team practice (which I count as about 60 minutes of actual tough exertion). not too bad for today.

I went running with an old friend and ended up running 7 miles instead of my usual 4! It was great, but I was hurting by the end! It's been a while!

full workout before class..

33 minutes elliptical, abs, side leans, 100 arm push reps, 25 triceps, inner thigh machine, side machine, 10 standing crunches with a weight.

Wow AKYLE! P90X? That's impressive! I have a couple friends who've tried it and they say it's crazy. I'd like to give it a shot too, but I'm kind of scared. How is it working out for you?

I did 50 minutes of tae bo (amped. lol) and 20 minutes of pilates today.

I went for a hike for about an hour and 20 min. Living in an area where there are hiking trails everywhere I want to be able to get out and hike more. Once a week would be ideal, but once a month will do for now.
