Here are some of my favorites! I don't like changing my diet much, either - I literally eat more or less the same stuff every day, too :). Hopefully something will hit the spot!

Fage 0 percent greek yogurt with fruit and fiber 1
(that's my personal favorite breakfast - about 23 grams of protein, 14 grams of fiber, and lots of vitamin C! Just remember to throw splenda in the yogurt - greek yogurt is very tangy otherwise)

Vitatops (they're awesome! 6 grams of fiber, 4-5 protein, vitamins and minerals - and they're muffins!)

Bag of my favorite veggies (great snack)

Fit 'n free pizzas

Green bean casserole (use fat free cream of something soup!)

Seafood - I love shrimp - and even imitation crabmeat isn't bad!

Meatless burgers, meatballs, etc.

Chocolite bars - low calorie (60 - 100 calories), high fiber, high protein chocolates. Just don't eat too many of them - the fiber WILL get to you!

For condiments:

Salad spritzers will really liven up your veggies. I like it on celery, carrots, salad - anything!

Sub out mayo for greek yogurt on sandwiches. Tastes great still, but healthy. You can replace sour cream with it, too, and when you cook, replace whipping cream with it, as well. It's a miracle!

Fat free butter (I can't believe it's not butter has one, as does promise), or just a butter spray. Be away, butter sprays aren't really calorie free, though. Each spray has a negligible number of calories, but if you use about 20 sprays, it will run you about 15 calories.

Hope this helps a little! If there's a particular food you want a sub out for, I might be able to help. I know substitutes for an awful lot of regular recipes. You might also like HungryGirl.com if you don't already subscribe!

Hey everyone! I'm new here.... really trying to get my act together and lose some weight that's been hanging on awhile. I really want to eat healthy, but here's the problem. My husband and I are both very picky. I don't eat anything green except green beans. Don't eat salads, and in general I just don't like anything 'different'. LOL, if that even makes sense. So it makes it really hard, for instance, when I eat out for lunch at work. There isn't many choices so I always end up going fast-food. And at home, you can only eat grilled chicken breast so much! Any ideas of healthy food that may be acceptible to us picky eaters???
