I started actually counting calories and being determined... before I was just happy to run and do whatever I wanted. Now I am keeping track and buckling down really hard. Tomorrow morning returns me to the scale so I will definitely update on how that goes.

Well, not really, but it was weigh in day here. This is my second week using spark people. Had already lost about 47 lbs before starting here last week, just from running, without a diet change. Lost an additional 6.6 this week, bringing the total to 55 lbs. Good week, hoping for another next week.
