15 min walk during morning break, 15 min walk during afternoon break. Will do 20-30 minutes more cardio once get home tonight (run if weather cooperates) plus about 30 min. strength training.

I did cardio boxing for 30 minutes...that is all I could muster as I did four hours on the weekend and was still feeling the pain... But man is it so much fun! I also walked 30 minutes.

I walked to the store with the kids, 1/2 way then forgot my wallet so had to walk back w/kids. Got my wallet then walked all the way to store. We played, ate, and shopped then walked back home.

Also ran 3 miles on the tread mill.

I tried Zumba for the first time. I think it could be good, but unfortunately where I tried it literally shoveled a couple hundred women in a ballroom. There was no room to move and we were stepping all over each others.

I had a great kickboxing class. The instructor was 30 minutes late and the other people in the class left, so I had a one-on-one class. It was awesome.

Health first, vanity a very close second.

Weight Loss Goals/Rewards:
5 lbs - new shoes
10 lbs - 'Pretty Day'
15 lbs - white jeans
20 lbs - cosmetic procedure (not what you think!)
25 - new bikini

I wound up trying to rescue my car from the snow drift that it was plowed into.

4 hours of busting ice, and moving hard pack snow.. Cleared a 20ft x 8ft wide slot, so the fiancee can park too in front of the house.

The only exercise I got done today was shoveling snow. Believe me the amount i shoveled today was my exercise. I shoveled my 2 side walks, front porch, back porch, and a path out to my dog to make it easier to carry water and food to. Hopefully I can get this done tomorrow 2 times and add some other exercises!

I did Less is More Cardio by Cindy Whitmarsh. I thought by the title "Less is More" I'd be getting a break. Was I ever wrong! Great 30 minute cardio blasting workout

I had the gym to myself for 10 min this morning! Very few braving the southern freeze today, so I machine-hopped. 15 min of interval running on the treadmill followed by 20 min of speed intervals on the elliptical.

To be a champion, you must be willing to pay a greater price than your competition will ever have to pay.

In order to finish the race, you must first start.

I was all set to do two cardio videos, from Moms into fitness this AM got up early, to one crying baby, and one awake child...yeah, got one video done 30 mins of cardio/toning...hoping to do the next one tonight.
Gotta work around my husband schedule of working nights and still trying to figure out life!!
Feel good about my choices though!!

I did a lower body strength training regimen that SparkPeople generated for me. I'm finding that my days at work, I can take 30 minutes to do strength training, then on my days off I can get in cardio. (I work 3 days/week).
