Today was my "day 1" after a few weeks of not feeling up to par. I've been gaining/losing the same 3 pounds for the past month or two.

That is great and inspirational to see how others lost weight. It just gave me a little spark to jump start my weight loss. I lost may be 2-3 pounds that I gained the week before.

Congrats everyone on your weight losses emoticon

I have lost 5 pounds this week. Very surprised, I was hoping for a loss but not that much. i know it may be water loss too but I am so pleased.

I fell off the wagon with sick kids last week, but when I weighed in on Monday, I'd lost 1 pound. Yep. Just one. But guess what?! I'll take it!! Yippee!!
