Weigh in was Sunday, I gained....I'm currently at 271.7. My new highest weight EVER!

lost a half pound this week seems harder and harder to lose but i will stay strong and stick with it. winter colds have been getting in my way but i will prevail. good luck to all of you who struggle to lose like i do, if i can do it so can you.... just like i can do it like you can :) so many of you have inspired me.

Forgot to post. I'm down a pound on Monday but I'm disappointed because I was down 4 pounds on Saturday(I shouldn't have weighed) before I ate 2 servings of tuxedo cake on Sunday along with a high calorie meal. Bombing one day isn't worth it for me! I'd rather lose the weight! At least I learned my lesson and am back on track this week.

I can do this!

Today was my weigh in day! Last week I stayed the same, this week I dropped 3.5 pounds! Overall, I'm down 14 pounds since I started 4 weeks ago. I also measured today and in the past month I lost 2.5 inches from my waist, 1.5 inches from my hips (boo being pear shaped), 2 inches from my thighs and half and inch off my arms. I'll take it!

I haven't checked in for a while. Life has been busy. But I've still been losing, so I decided to post my progress today.

Starting weight (07/02/12): 263.0
Started Sparkpeople (07/22/12): 255.0
Last weigh-in (02/04/14): 215.2
Current weight (02/09/14): 214.8

Lost 40.2 lbs since starting Sparkpeople, and 48.2 lbs total.

I can't believe I've lost nearly 50 lbs! And I've done it all with very little exercise. Sometimes I kick myself because I know if I had exercised in the past year and a half, I would have lost a lot more. But I'm still proud of the progress I've made! But, my ultimate goal is 150 lbs, so I still have almost 65 lbs to lose to get to my goal! I better get busy!

I gained 1 pound over the last 2 weeks from being unwell. But no exercise for 2 weeks and only gaining 1 pound back? I'll take it! I feel much better and am re-starting tomorrow!! I have big plans for myself! :o)
