In the drop-down box MY TRACKERS is a great tool to build health and to enhance your weight loss journey with practicality. Once you click on "my Nutrition" you will find the place to scroll down and chose "Show Meal Plans". The meal plans have a benefit of a Weekly Grocery List that you can print out and take to the store with you.

When you have your meal plans appearing, you can see how they fit into your Goal Calorie Range. You can see the vitamins and nutrients you are getting at the bottom of your daily meals.

There are many useful charts to show you how you are progressing. SparkPeople is here to motivate and inspire you to change your eating habits so you can increase in wellness. The wellness you will build will brighten your life.
