I'm still on the Mediterranean Diet. Eating the foods of my region has become a habit. I'm eating more rice this month but next will go with sweet potatoes, carrots, pork. I got tired of the word "smoothies" and went back to "shakes". emoticon

This is a lovely morning. I opened the back door and saw all the glittering spider's webs in the trees and grass. They are helpful garden spiders so aren't scary. The kittie came inside and ate her crunchies and then decided to nap in the open doorway. Yesterday I got laundry done and did my daily walking. I want to wish all my spark teams a good day

Update: our tablet is failing; so won't be able to participate,
as I won't have a gadget to utilize. Keep Sparking!

Hope to participate in the future; sometime in 2020,
while taking care of my health & getting fit in the
