I have to schedule my camps at my gym and I get charged if I cancel in a certain time frame or don't show up. Not getting charged is my motivation.

I schedule walks as well, lol. Ii is agreed that if it is miserable outside we will meet at the indoor walking track at MUN.
I also used to do Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds walk at home videos.

I not gotten in the amount of exercise I should have been the last couple of weeks. With the pool closing and the heat, I have not wanted to get outside and walk. What helps you get back on track when this happens to you?
